Products & Services
All of our products are handmade in small batches. Because of the nature of artisan baking, slight variations in appearance, shape, and texture are normal and expected.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Order Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct at checkout, including contact information, pickup times, and shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders that are missed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Local Pickup
All local pickup orders must be collected at the scheduled time and location provided at checkout.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are not responsible for orders that are not picked up. Missed pickups are non-refundable.

Shipping
For items that are shipped, we are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Allergens
Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, and possibly nuts.

While we take care in our process, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
