Hi, I’m Norah — the baker behind The Boston Bread Co.
I started baking sourdough in my home kitchen after becoming fascinated with traditional breadmaking and freshly milled flour. What began as a personal practice quickly turned into a passion for creating real bread using slow, time-honored methods and simple ingredients.
Today, The Boston Bread Co. is a small cottage micro-bakery based in Northwest Arkansas, where I bake artisan sourdough for families in the Bentonville and Bella Vista community.
Along the way, I realized many people want to experience sourdough at home but feel overwhelmed by where to start.
That’s why this shop exists.
Here you’ll find the dried sourdough starters, tools, and digital resources I’ve created to help people confidently bake sourdough in their own kitchens.
