Return & Refund Policy – The Boston Bread Co.

Because all of our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

For fresh baked goods, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds once your order has been picked up or delivered.

For shipped items (such as sourdough starter or guides), if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at thebostonbreadco@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right.

Please double-check your order details before purchasing, including pickup times and shipping information, as we are not responsible for missed pickups or incorrect addresses.
