Local Pickup
All fresh baked goods are available for local pickup only.
Pickup is currently scheduled for Saturdays at 3 PM in Hiwasse, Arkansas.
Details and exact location will be provided at checkout.
Please arrive within your selected pickup window. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for missed pickups.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order.
Please allow time for preparation based on our baking schedule. Orders will be fulfilled on the next available bake day unless otherwise specified.
Shipping (Non-Perishable Items Only)
At this time, we only ship non-perishable items such as sourdough starter and digital products.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We use trusted carriers (such as USPS or UPS) to deliver your order.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that delivery times may vary and are outside of our control once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
The Boston Bread Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebostonbreadco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we will always do our best to help you resolve the issue.
